Approves an amendment to Section 4.03 HOLDING OVER of the agreement with Way Out West, Inc. doing business as Earth Spirit (C) to allow the Manager to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly rent, and to allow the concessionaire, upon expiration of its term, to continue providing service to the public at 100% of the rental rate until a request for proposal is issued (AC 47001- 02).
