Amends the existing agreement with the Mental Health Center of Denver to add funding in the amount of $735,999 from the federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grant for Denver Approach to Recovery Through Treatment (DARTT) services for Drug Court clients related to substance abuse and mental health issues and to extend the contract through September 29, 2013 (GE94065 (1)). (Health, Safety, Education & Services) Amends the existing agreement with the Mental Health Center of Denver to add funding in the amount of $735,999 from the federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grant for DARTT services for Drug Court clients related to substance abuse and mental health issues and to extend the contract through September 29, 2013 (GE94065 (1)). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-4-12.
