Amends the IGA with CDOT regarding reconstruction of the intersection at Colfax, Welton and Galapago to accept an additional $479,000 for right-of-way acquisition and construction; also allows expenditure of those funds for the project in Council Districts 8 and 10. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends the IGA with CDOT regarding reconstruction of the intersection at Colfax, Welton and Galapago to accept an additional $479,000 for right-of-way acquisition and construction; also allows expenditure of those funds for the project in Council Districts 8 and 10. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-30-11.
