A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “Liability Claims,” the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000) payable to Timothy Vechazone and Anderson, Hemmat & McQuinn, LLC, in full payment and satisfaction of all claims in Civil Action No. 2013 CV 33904 in the District Court for the City and County of Denver.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Settles a claim involving the Department of Public Works. The Committee approved filing this resolution at the Mayor-Council meeting on 1-6-15.
