Amends a contract with The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to extend the term through 12-31-15 and to add $1 million to provide outreach services to homeless youth and adults, making at least 6,500 contacts with homeless individuals during the new term (SOCSV-2013-14442-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-22???-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-27-14.
