A bill for an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 0548, Series of 2014 designating certain properties as being required for public use and authorizing use and acquisition thereof by negotiation or through condemnation proceedings of easement and other interests as needed for the 33rd Street Outfall (31st and 36th Street Outfall Project) to include an additional parcel.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends Ordinance No. 14-0548, Series of 2014 to correct an omission by adding authority to acquire a temporary easement of certain property located at 3330 Brighton Boulevard for the 33rd Outfall project in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-26-15.
