Approves a new Concession Agreement with BCEvergreen, LLC, for food and beverage service at Evergreen Golf Course, in the Denver Mountain Park system, following a competitive bid process, and providing for compensation to the Golf Enterprise Fund equal to 8% of gross sales with a Guaranteed Annual Minimum Payment of $25,000 and for Concessionaire to perform and pay for a specific list of capital improvements, estimated at between $100,000 and $150,000, to the club house no later than December 31, 2014.
