A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Thirteenth Amendment to Agreement between General Services Administration and the City and County of Denver/Denver International Airport for leased space at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Extends the lease with the US Government for Transportation Security Administration office space at Denver International Airport on Concourse A through the end of the year with a 2% escalation factor in the rent agreement. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-24-11.
