A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed First Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Estate of Clyfford E. Still, to amend language related to copyright and other matters.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Amends the Clyfford E. Still estate contract to clarify copyright language (XC4A053). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-11-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 1-9-13.
