Approves a lease agreement with Waste Management of Colorado (WM) and Asphalt Specialties Company, Inc. (ASCI) for $600,000 in revenue from 6-1-16 to 5-31-23 for ASCI’s operation of a concrete and asphalt recycling facility and batch plant at the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS landfill), which is owned by the City and operated by WM (ENVHL-201627472-00).
