A bill for an ordinance approving an Amended and Restated Exchange Agreement between the City and County of Denver and FC Stapleton II, LLC, for the exchange of land for North Stapleton Fire Station.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Amends an exchange agreement (North Fire Station Swap – Filing 13/44 Stapleton) with Forest City II, LLC to adjust escrow terms and stagger closing dates (FINAN-201416696-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-27-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-26-15.
