A bill for an ordinance amending the classification and pay plan for employees in the Career Service and for certain employees not in the Career Service.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Consolidates and eliminates occupational groups and creates new classes within the City's Classification and Pay Plan (involving multiple Health & Trades classifications) per an external audit of the Career Service Authority Pay Survey conducted in 2011. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-1-12.
