(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Revokes Ordinance #768, Series of 1986 which granted a revocable permit to Auraria Higher Education Center to encroach into the right of way into Lawrence Street between 11th Street and 12th Street to reflect the fact that the area is no longer public right-of-way in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-29-15.
