A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Regional Transportation District (RTD), relating to the 16th Street Mall Intersection Improvements and the funding therefor.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Regional Transportation District for intersection reconstruction costs totaling $1,845,149.00 for concrete intersections and traffic signals of five intersections on the 16th Street Mall.. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review date is on 3-23-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 1-14-15.
