Amends the agreement with Yaz Jewelry & Gifts (Yaz Jewelry & Gifts) to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly rent to allow concessionaire to continue providing service on a month-to-month basis beyond the expiration of the current term at 100% of rental rate while the next agreement is negotiated (AC68002(06)).
