A resolution to set a public hearing relating to the creation of the Federal Boulevard Business Improvement District and approval of the District’s 2013 Operating Plan and 2013 Budget. (BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Sets a City Council public hearing, per requirements of Chapter 31 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, on formation of the proposed Federal Boulevard Business Improvement District for Aug. 6, 2012. Councilwoman Shepherd approved filing this resolution.
