A bill for an ordinance making rescissions of budget balances to close out the “Community Corrections FY13-14” grant, rescind the budget balance and transfer the cash balance in the Public Safety Special Revenue Fund to the General Fund.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Closes the “Community Corrections Fiscal Year 13-14” grant in the Public Safety Special Revenue Fund, rescinds the budget balance of $261,529.46, and transfers the cash balance of $105,025.90 to the General Fund. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-4-14.
