A bill for an ordinance approving and providing for the execution of proposed grant agreements between the City and County of Denver and the United States of America concerning the "Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA)” FY13 program and the funding therefor.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE AND SUSTAINABILITY) Executes a performance grant agreement (201312035) with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the FY 2013 allocations of $1,481,394 in Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS funds. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-26-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 7-24-13.
