A bill for a proposed ordinance amending subsections (a), (a)(5) and (b)(2)a., (b)(2)b., and (b)(2)c., of 20-64, D.R.M.C., concerning purchases not subject to bidding procedures.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Changes emergency purchasing procedures per the recommendations of a recent audit and raises the dollar level not subject to bidding procedures from $5,000 to $10,000. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-6-14.
