A letter dated November 28, 2011, from Cary Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer, Manager of Finance, in keeping with the provisions of Section 20-93 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (the “DRMC”), notifying of the Department of Finance’s intent to issue Wastewater Division Revenue Bonds in a par amount of $55 million to 1) provide funding for capital projects of the City’s Wastewater Enterprise, and 2) to refund the Series 2002 Bonds to provide interest cost savings.
