Approves a contract between the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado Division of Criminal Justice (GC90015-3) for the funding of the FY 2010-2011 Community Corrections Program. The Division of Community Corrections is requesting an ordinance to approve contracts with the State of Colorado (Division of Criminal Justice and Department of Corrections) in the amount of $13,145,961.36 to fund the FY09-10 Community Corrections Program.
