A letter dated June 10, 2013, from Cary Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer, Manager of Finance, in keeping with the provisions of Section 20-93 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code notifying you of the Department of Finance's intent to issue Airport System Subordinate Revenue Bonds, Series 2013 A-B, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, in an amount not to exceed $743 million for the purpose of funding Airport capital improvements and paying costs of issuance expenses.
