Grants the authority to acquire through negotiated purchase or condemnation of all or any portion of any property interest in 28 properties for easement interests, access rights, improvements, buildings, fixtures, licenses, permits, and other appurtenances as part of the S. Broadway Improvement Project between Arizona and Kentucky.
