A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendment and Modification Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Northeast Denver Housing Center, Inc., to modify the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.
(BSUINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a modification to the $677,158 loan with Northeast Denver Housing Center to convert the loan terms and collateralize the debt (GE99000).
