A bill for an ordinance amending section 20-19 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to close unused special revenue fund accounts without additional ordinance.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Amends section 20-19 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to allow the Department of Finance to close out special revenue funds through appropriate accounting procedures without legislative action. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 4-21-15.
