A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, for drainage and flood construction services along Cherry Creek.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Adds $225,000 to an agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for a new spending cap of $1.1 million for additional improvements along Cherry Creek from Monaco Parkway to Iliff Boulevard in Council District 6 (201103770). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-10-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-2-15.
