A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed First Amendment to Contract between the City and County of Denver and Hughes Associates, Inc. for design services related to the fire alarm system at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Adds three years and $6,000,000 to the contract with Hughes Associates, Inc., to incorporate the fire alarm design for the airport Terminal with the Hotel and Plaza for the South Terminal Redevelopment Program (PLANE – CE05021). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-10-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-8-12.
