(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a $13,000,000 contract with H C Peck to perform all duties and necessary services to negotiate, acquire land and relocate owners and tenants as part of Peoria Crossing Project in Council District 11. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-3-12. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-25-12.
