Amends Chapter 20 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to revise the applicable date of the annual prevailing wage rate update. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-22-19.

Prevailing Wage Ordinance correction - In 2016, the prevailing wage ordinance was updated. However, the update failed to include the correct language as to the applicable date for updating the prevailing wage. This ordinance will correct that error.
