Appropriates $869,000 from the fund balance in the Developmental Disabilities Special Revenue Fund (13304) to increase appropriations based on December’s forecast of 2014 property tax revenue. This transaction is related to the Rocky Mountain Human Services contract (formerly known as Denver Options) for services provided to the developmentally disabled.
