A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendment No. 1 to Installment Purchase Agreement between the City and Sovereign Leasing LLC for a vehicle and equipment replacement program at Denver International Airport
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Amends the installment purchase agreement with Sovereign Leasing to clarify equipment ownership allowing the airport to license and use the leased equipment per this financing agreement. (201103525-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-20-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 4-24-13.
