A bill for an Ordinance approving a First Amendment to Cooperative Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners for Douglas County, Colorado to complete improvements to Daniels Park.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Extends an intergovernmental agreement with Douglas County for five years (for a new end date of 2-26-2020) to complete improvements to Daniels Park (PARKS-XC8AD1 D-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review date is on 4-13-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-12-15.
