A bill for an ordinance relinquishing the easements reserved in Ordinance 698, Series of 1988.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Relinquishes a sanitary sewer easement over the future 14th and Speer apartment project, located at 13th and 14th Avenues and between Speer Boulevard and Fox Street in Council District 10. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-2-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-1-15.
