The purpose of the ordinance is to approve the service plans for two new metropolitan districts located in RiNo near 38th and Delgany.
The districts will provide public improvements and services for the proposed residential and commercial mixed-use development situated within the River North (RiNo) neighborhood to be known as Hurley Place. The development will include a mix of creative office, restaurant, retail, hotel, entertainment and residential uses in a total of nearly 1,000,000 gross square feet.
