Doheny, Manager of Finance, notifying City Council that the Department of Finance has updated Treasury Tax Rule 007 to align with recent changes to the Colorado Revised Statutes 13-1-127 regarding the definition and requirements of a “Closely Held Entity”, that these updates are not expected to result in any cost or revenue impacts, and that in accordance with DRMC 53-3(b)(3), Treasury Rule 007 will take effect 60 days after this notice, on July 21, 2026.
