Title: Amends Chapter 2, Sections 2-107 and 2-108 of the Revised Municipal Code (Whistleblower Protection Ordinance) to afford protection against retaliation to those employees who report official misconduct that is intended or planned, as well as misconduct that has occurred, and to afford protection to employees who report official misconduct anonymously.
