A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Standard Specialty Retail Concession Space Agreement between the City and County of Denver and WDFG SPI DEN Retail, LLC concerning a concession at Denver International Airport
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a new airport concession agreement for 7 years with WDFG SPI DEN RETAIL, LLC (Spirit of the Red Horse) with an annual maximum annual guaranteed payment of $149,360.00 or a percentage of compensation as follows: Years 1-2, 10%; 3-7, 14%, whichever is greater (PLANE-201311258. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-2-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-30-13.
