A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement (Denver-RTD FasTracks East Corridor) between the City and County of Denver and the Regional Transportation District, relating to the East Corridor Rail - 33rd Street Outfall project and the funding therefor.
. (INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends the East Corridor Rail Intergovernmental Agreement with the Regional Transportation District (RTD) to authorize the Manager of Public Works to pay for construction of betterments and enhancements of up to $2 million, establishes a capital grant fund number, and appropriates $3 million to be received from RTD towards the construction of the 33rd Street Outfall The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-15-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-6-14.
