Amends a revenue contract with The Compass Group USA Inc. to add 18 months for a new end date of 12-31-16 to provide food and beverage vending machines at the Denver County Jail and Downtown Detention Facility. The City receives a 20% commission form the vendor on total revenues (RC01013).
