Approves a $3,181,698.30 contract with Golden Triangle Construction for phase one of the Ruby Hill Park Improvements per the master plan. Construction and installation of new playground equipment and surfacing; site furnishings; renovation of existing picnic shelter; walkways; new construction and renovation of parking lots and roadways supporting a new combined restroom and picnic pavilion (5,000 SF); new irrigation system installation and associated water service tap work.
