A resolution approving a proposed Fifth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Salvation Army to provide emergency shelter operations for homeless men.
Amends a contract with The Salvation Army to add an additional $304,957 for a new contract in the amount of $1,810,210 and for a contract term ending 12-31-16 for overnight housing for homeless men at the Crossroads Shelter with the opportunity to increase housing in emergency situations (SOCSV-2013-14454-05). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-14-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 9-15-16.
