Title: A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment between the City and County of Denver and Federal Aviation Administration concerning the revision of acreage and rental payment at Denver International Airport. Amends a lease with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to revise acreage from 17 acres to 3.1729 acres and reduce the rental payment from $3,704.04 per month to $1,151.75 per month to be more reflective of the acreage used by the FAA (201520836-1). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-7-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-6-16.
