A resolution approving and providing for the execution of proposed contract between the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado concerning the "Cognitive Based Therapy Pilot" program and the funding therefor.
Approves a contract with the State of Colorado-Division of Criminal Justice in the amount of $1,456,939.29 to fund the fiscal year 2016-2017 Cognitive Behavioral Treatment program (2016-30623). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-12-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-20-16.
