A resolution approving a proposed First Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Claims Management Resources, Inc. for subrogation and recovery services provided to the City for all auto and property damage claims.
Adds $500,000 and two years to the contract with Claims Management Resources, Inc. for a new total contract amount of $905,000 through 12-31-18 for subrogation and recovery services provided to the City for all auto and property damage claims (201311677).
