A bill for an ordinance to appropriate the 2016 Revenue Based Winter Park Parks and Recreation Capital Fund.
Appropriates $986,244 in the Winter Park Parks and Recreation Capital Fund due to receipt of 2016 Incentive Payment per the terms of the existing Winter Park Lease and Operating Agreement for projects in Council Districts 9, 11, and 6. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-1-16.
