A resolution approving a proposed Loan Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Sable Ridge Apartments, LLC to develop an affordable housing project known as Sable Ridge Apartments.
Approves a new loan agreement with Sable Ridge Apartments, LLC for $1 million of Skyline HSG funds (previously disbursed under a separate loan agreement) for the construction of 60 senior affordable apartments in Council District 11. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-5-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 11-2-16.
