Approves a contract with Wilson & Company, Inc. for $1,678,631 for the design of portions of Brighton Boulevard to provide enhanced connectivity for all modes of travel, improvements to the roadway and drainage and installation of cycle track and new sidewalk in Council District 9 (201631248).
