Amends a use and lease agreement with ExpressJet, Inc. by adding two additional one year periods at an annual rate of $1,000 to operate and provide service at Denver International Airport (201206413-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-19-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 11-16-16.
