A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendment and Termination of Agreement, between the City and County of Denver and Concessions Colorado, LLC concerning the mutual termination of the existing concession agreement at Denver International Airport.
Amends a contract with Concessions Colorado, LLC, doing business as New Belgium Spoke, by mutually terminating an existing concession contract term originally set to expire on 5-30-18 (AR 18001 - 02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-16-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 11-23-16.
