A bill for an ordinance creating a Fund Number in the Human Services Special Revenue Fund for the “Affordability Program”.
Establishes the Affordability Program Fund in the Human Services fund series to receive revenues primarily from General Fund transfers to administer both the senior and disabled property tax rebate program and wastewater affordability program citywide. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-29-16.
